Exercise is a recognised medical aid to relieve stress and depression. It can also serve to increase your confidence and wellbeing generally. The old maxim 'healthy mind and healthy body' is still a truism today as it was in the past.

Excersise does not necessarily mean a 20 mile run in the cold, dark wet evenings. It can mean an enjoyable work-out in a group environment in a modern gym or front room.
