CardioStrengthToning
Cardio exercise employs raising your heart rate to slightly above normal and encouraging your body to increase its metabolic rate thus burn more carbohydrates and 'burn the fat'.
Toning exercises employs low mass weights to help tone up your arm, leg and tummy muscles.
Strength exercises uses heavier weights all carefully controlled to build up your strength above and beyond simple toning.
